Hello
I'm Jo, a UX researcher with a background in market research, strategy and product development. Currently, I'm an Insights Manager at the University of Cambridge working on courses and games for learners around the world.
I specialise in a mixed Agile Design Thinking approach, which I have used in complex multi-country, multi-agency projects, and taught to others through coaching workshops.
I love solving problems, generating new ideas, and delving deeply into the needs of customers: their expression when they first see the prototype of a product they love is the most exciting thing to me.
